It totals multiple clock-in and clock-out periods within one day.

How do I account for my unpaid lunch break?

Clock out when your break starts and clock back in when it ends. For example, enter 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00. The one-hour gap is automatically excluded from your total work time.

Is there a limit to how many clock-in/out pairs I can add?

The number of entries is limited by the interface and your device’s available memory.

Does this tool work for overnight shifts?

Yes. If you enter a clock-out time that is earlier than the clock-in time (e.g., clock in at 11:00 PM, clock out at 7:00 AM), the calculator correctly assumes the shift crossed midnight and calculates the duration accordingly.

Can I save my entries for later?

No. The tool operates entirely within your browser session for your privacy. It does not store or transmit any data. If you refresh or close the page, all entries will be cleared.
