Reporting a problem

Because files never reach us, we cannot see what went wrong on your device. Include the following and most issues can be reproduced on the first try:

• Which tool and which browser (with version) and device you used.
• The exact message shown next to the file, if any.
• The file type and rough size — not the file itself, unless it contains nothing private and you are happy to share it.
• Whether the same file works in another browser.

Requesting a tool

Tell us the job in one sentence — “turn a folder of PNG screenshots into one PDF” is perfect. We only build tools that can run completely on your device; if a request needs a server, we will say so rather than add one.

Advertising

Ad positions are fixed and described on the about page. We do not sell sponsored tools, do not place ads above or inside the working area, and do not run interstitials.
