Frequently asked questions
Can I turn different pages in different directions?
Not here — one turn is applied to every page you name. To turn pages one at a time, use Organize PDF, which shows each page with its own turn button.
Is the rotation permanent?
Yes, the tool creates a new PDF file with the pages permanently rotated as you specified. Your original file remains unchanged on your device.
Will rotating the pages affect text or images?
No, the content of the pages is not altered. Only the orientation metadata for the page is changed, which is a lossless process.
What happens if I switch to another tab while it works?
The work pauses and picks up where it left off when you come back. Browsers throttle hidden tabs, so a job left running in the background would slow to a crawl or stall outright.
What happens if a page is already rotated?
The turn is added to whatever the page already has, not set on top of it. A page saved at 90 degrees, turned another 90, ends up at 180. Four quarter-turns bring it back.
Correcting Page Orientation
Pick 90°, 180° or 270°, then name the pages you want turned — or leave the box empty and the whole document turns.
